What happens to the Suns' player props without Mark Williams?
In the 22 regular-season games Phoenix played without Mark Williams in 2025-26, against 60 with him, the Suns scored 115.86 points a game (median 113.5) against 111.38 (median 113), so the team total barely moved at the median. Devin Booker averaged 28.95 points without him against 24.65 with him, and Jalen Green 20.50 against 15.00 in about five more minutes. Oso Ighodaro took the most extra minutes, 27.50 against 20.08, but he is ruled out for Saturday too. The cause of each absence is unknown from our logs, and these are last season's numbers, not a forecast.
Mark Williams will not play for Phoenix vs Golden State on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The ESPN injury feed lists him as out in an entry dated September 11, 2026; its comment says he “underwent surgery Thursday to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder.” The Suns’ opener on October 21 at Portland came without him too, and one game is not a sample, so every number below comes from last season: Phoenix played 82 regular-season games in 2025-26, Williams played 10 or more minutes in 60 of them, and 22 came without him. Our logs do not say why he missed any single game, so the cause is unknown.
A game counts as with Williams when he played at least 10 minutes, a fifth of regulation. He played fewer than 20 minutes in 11 of his 60 games, the shortest December 27 at New Orleans (11 minutes, 10 points) and February 26 vs the LA Lakers (13 minutes, 4 points), and those count as with him. The 22 games without him came as 15 in a row from March 5 to March 31 and seven single games spread through the season.
One more absence changes Saturday. The same feed lists Oso Ighodaro, last season’s backup centre, as ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Warriors with an oblique strain, in an entry dated October 23, 2026.
The Suns, with Williams against without him
| Suns per game (median) | With, 60 games | Without, 22 games |
|---|---|---|
| Points | 111.38 (113) | 115.86 (113.5) |
| Rebounds | 43.30 (43) | 42.59 (41) |
| Assists | 24.62 (23.5) | 24.73 (24) |
| Three-pointers | 14.38 (15) | 15.77 (15.5) |
The mean rose by about four and a half points without Williams, and the median by half a point, so a few big nights carry most of that gap. Team rebounds dipped by less than one a game at the mean.
Williams himself averaged 11.67 points, 7.95 rebounds and 0.97 assists in 23.58 minutes in the games he played.

Every figure is per game the player played, in the group of games shown. Games with and games without count the games each player appeared in, so a player who missed games himself has a smaller count than the group. Dillon Brooks played only 7 of the 22 games without Williams, and seven games is a small sample, so his columns are a hint at most. Jalen Green’s first game in our logs was November 6, and he played 16 games on each side.
What this can and cannot tell you
The clearest shifts are Booker and Green. Booker scored 28.95 a game without Williams (median 30) against 24.65 with him (median 24) in about the same minutes, 33.90 against 33.40. Green scored 20.50 (median 21) against 15.00 (median 13), in 28.38 minutes against 23.44, with more threes and assists. Gillespie and Goodwin scored a little less without him.
Williams’s minutes went mostly to the bigs. Ighodaro played 27.50 minutes a game without him against 20.08 with him, Maluach 13.14 against 5.04 and Rasheer Fleming 17.18 against 9.06, and all three rebounded more. On Saturday Ighodaro is out as well, so the centre minutes he took last season go to someone else, and the feed’s own comment names Maluach, Koa Peat, Fleming and Duop Reath as candidates. Peat and Reath did not play for Phoenix last season, so neither has a row above.
The roster has changed since. Grayson Allen, who averaged 16.98 points in 40 games with Williams and 14.73 in 11 without, and Royce O’Neale, 9.62 in 60 with and 10.44 in 18 without, are not on the roster ESPN listed on October 23, 2026. Miles Bridges, Luke Kennard, Duop Reath, Drew Timme, Koa Peat and Pat Spencer did not play for Phoenix in 2025-26. With the cause of each absence unknown and the frontcourt thinner than in any game above, none of this forecasts Saturday’s game vs Golden State, and none of it says anything about prices.
Where to find these
Each player has a page with every game beside the line: Devin Booker’s points, Jalen Green’s points and Khaman Maluach’s rebounds. Saturday’s lines appear on the Lab board once the game is posted. The NBA allowance tables are on defense vs position for NBA props, and the same question for Saturday’s opponent is in Warriors props without Jimmy Butler.

Quick answers
How many games did the Suns play without Mark Williams last season?
22 of their 82 regular-season games: 15 in a row from March 5 to March 31, and seven single games, October 25, November 13, November 24, November 29, December 29, April 8 and April 12. A game counts as with Williams when he played at least 10 minutes, a fifth of regulation.
What did Williams himself average?
In the 60 games he played 10 or more minutes, 11.67 points (median 11), 7.95 rebounds (median 8) and 0.97 assists (median 1) in 23.58 minutes a game (median 24).
Who scored more without him?
Devin Booker averaged 28.95 points (median 30) in 21 games without Williams against 24.65 (median 24) in 43 with him, in about the same minutes. Jalen Green averaged 20.50 (median 21) in 16 games without him against 15.00 (median 13) in 16 with him, in 28.38 minutes against 23.44.
Who played centre when he was out?
Oso Ighodaro played 27.50 minutes a game without Williams against 20.08 with him, with 5.95 rebounds against 4.78. Khaman Maluach went from 5.04 minutes to 13.14 and from 1.67 rebounds to 4.23 (median 2.5). Ighodaro is listed out for Saturday as well, so last season's split of those minutes is not Saturday's.
Does this tell me what will happen against Golden State?
No. Ighodaro is out too, Grayson Allen and Royce O'Neale are no longer on the roster, and Miles Bridges, Duop Reath, Koa Peat and Pat Spencer did not play for Phoenix last season. These numbers describe what happened; they do not forecast Saturday, and they say nothing about the prices.
