Steezanomics publishes research and a record of its own plays. It is information, not advice, and not a guarantee of anything.

What this site is

A research tool and a published ledger. The Lab shows historical performance, sportsbook prices, and matchup context so you can decide for yourself. The card is a list of plays we logged before the games, graded afterwards, with the losing ones left on the page.

What it is not

• Not financial or investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation personalised to you or your circumstances.
• Not a prediction, and not a promise. A hit rate describes what already happened. It is not the probability of the next one.
• Not a sportsbook. No bets are taken, held or settled here, and we are not affiliated with the books whose prices are shown.

About the numbers

Odds are a snapshot. Prices are pulled on a schedule and stamped with the time they were taken. They move, and a line that was there this morning may be gone or worse by the time you look. Always check the number at your book before betting it.

Fair prices are estimates. They are built from the other books quoting the same market with the vig removed, and they carry all the error that implies. Where the estimate is weak, the site says so rather than showing a number with false confidence.

Data can be wrong. Feeds go down, lineups change, names collide, games get postponed. Errors get fixed when they are found. If you spot one, telling us is genuinely useful.

Past results do not predict future ones. The published ledger is a record of what happened. Losing stretches are a normal feature of betting, not a sign something broke.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for every bet you place, for the money you risk, and for whether betting is legal where you are. You must be of legal betting age in your jurisdiction, which is 19+ in Ontario. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee it will be up, current, or complete. It is in open beta and things will change and occasionally break.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Steezanomics is not liable for losses of any kind arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here, including betting losses.
